On October 8 at Magnuson Park in Seattle, after receiving a flashy reverse pass from Ashley Heim, sophomore Mia Bolts fired a shot at the top right of the goal and scored, giving a 1-0 edge, that would later result in a 2-0 win to the Seattle Prep Panthers over Lakeside.

Prep displayed an impressive offense on Tuesday night, with goals from Bolts and Adri Torres, they proved to have a very skillful midfield that will be a headache for any defense in Metro.

Going into the game, Seattle Prep had a much better record than Lakeside, however, spectators agree that Prep’s offensive performance would be a threat to any team in the Metro League, even those having more successful seasons than the Lions.

Prep goalkeeper, Elsa Kammereck’s efforts should not be overlooked. Despite numerous shots on goal from Lakeside, none got through Kammereck’s hands, hence the score.

As for Lakeside, their record dropped to 2-8, leaving them looking forward to a come back next season.
