With programs looking to get their seasons back on track, the Crusaders and Eagles clash on the Plateau.

The Issaquah Eagles head to Sammamish to face the Eastside Catholic Crusaders. The Crusaders are coming off of an upsetting 9-10 loss against Bainbridge. The Crusaders have been on a dry streak losing 3 games in a row and look to bounce back against Issaquah. The Eagles are 3-8 going into the game, and EC is 5-5. Both of these teams need a win to motivate them and help get their season on track.

This should be a close game both of these teams are pretty even and both are a competitive group. Issaquah has to look out for one of the top players in the state Cam McColly. He is Top 5 in state for points scored and recently set a school record for most goals in a game he scored 10 goals. He averages 4.7 goals a game. Issaquah has some solid D poles who will challenge McColly. EC has had some changes between the pipes, and the team is expected to make a change in its starting goalie.

Issaquah also has some good scores like Michael Hyde who averages 2.9 goals a game. Issaquah is also on a dry streak they have lost 5 games in a row and their last win was from Bend Caldera in late March. Issaquah averages 12 goals scored on them, and they score only 6.8. They have a ratio of 64 goals allowed and only scoring 34. EC has scored 74 goals in this season so far and have allowed 67 goals. This should shape up to be a shootout.
