Arlington looked to be the favored team going into this match winning the last three games in a row while, but that didn’t mean Lincoln is anything to scoff at. With a 12-2 season, the Linx have a good record with only Seattle Prep and O’Dea beating them. Both teams were fighting for moving up the bracket in the State Championship in the second round.

It was a tough game for Arlington as Lincoln kept up the pressure all game. The Arlington Eagles almost scored a goal but when they scored it was revoked due to being offsides. Their goalie Giorgi Nicolas had made 3 saves in a row along with 4 others throughout the tough game, but the rest of the team couldn’t follow up as Lincoln kept scoring with 3 point to zip.

Lincoln will now have to prepare to duke it out with Lake Washington as they move up the ladder.
